What is the School Bus Capacity?
Our school buses have a capacity for 64/66 passengers for grades Kindergarten through 3rd grade children and 44 passengers for grades 4-12 or adult sized passengers. The seating capacity is based on the size and generally students in grades K-3 are able to sit 3 to a seat and students in grades 4-12 or adults generally sit 2 per seat comfortably and safely.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
Written cancellations must be received within 24 hours prior to departure otherwise there is a $100 non-refundable fee. Rescheduled trips must be booked at time of cancellation to waive the cancellation fee.
When is the Full Payment due?
The Full payment is due on or before the trip date and can be paid by check, cash, or money order. If you are paying on the day of the trip, the driver will ask for the payment prior to departure, please give the payment to the driver in a sealed envelope. If you are paying with a Purchase Order, the Purchase order number must be received 24 hours before the trip date or your trip is subject to cancellations due to nonpayment.
